UPCL Cricket: Week 2 Part 3

Here's the final section of the second week of cricket action in the league. Standings to follow shortly after the published time.

Microsoft Pitch at Del Sur: Patches got herself back on track with a solid 365 for Boston to start the game. Panda had only 48 for Southern, putting them at an early deficit. Puff II struggled again, adding only 199 for the Swifts. Shannon tallied 432 before she mistimed a swing, getting the Monarchs significantly closer in the game at the halfway point. Gradley got tricked with a tough bounce, ending up with 295 for Boston in a solid showing. Kirstin did not do well, hitting only 88 for Southern as the game slips away from them again. Sweetheart launched 615 for the Swifts, giving them a final of 1474 in a good rebound showing for the tired team. Nicole showed up with 396, but the Monarchs were too far behind and lost with 964. Boston is up to 4-3 while Southern is still winless at 0-5.

GE Stadium, Southridge: Snuggle stumbled with only 178 for Oceanside as he seems unable to recapture the magic from the first week of the season. Boots scooped 576 for Southridge, building up a decent lead early in the game. Bells clobbered 791 to get the Waves back into the game with a big showing. Debby raked in 260 for the Defenders, leaving them a little bit behind at the halfway point. Alyssa poked 195 for Oceanside, leaving them slightly vulnerable. J. Garcia blasted 544 to put Southridge in the lead heading into each team's final player. Pounce crushed 1062 for the Waves, producing their final score of 2226 in a stunning turn of events. Shaggy got overwhelmed early, taking just 20 for the Defenders as they lost with 1400. Oceanside is up to 3-1 while Southridge drops to 1-3.

Blades Fusion ProGlide Park, Swordpoint: Panda snatched up 343 for Southern to open the scoring. Snowball belted 814 for Swordpoint to take an early big lead. Shannon again bent under pressure for the Monarchs, scraping up 128 as the team remains well behind. Dreamy lined 1127 for the Blades extending the lead to likely unreachable levels. Kirstin helped to not make it so bad, ripping 710 for Southern to at least chip away at the deficit. Shawn tacked on 179 for Swordpoint in his first game against his former team. Nicole's 128 resulted in the Monarchs ending the game well short at 1309, taking yet another loss. Stealth dropped another 584 for the Blades to seal the win at 2704. Swordpoint continues to surge under their new-look roster, going to 3-1 with their first divisional win, while Southern remains at a winless 0-6 record with another brutal loss.

Audi Knights Pitch, Terrace City: The first edition of the Suburban Derby gets underway at the home of the expansion side, which was formerly Rockers territory. Misty opted for a replay after an odd bounce, but her result got worse when she scored 49 for Westside on the second chance. Kiwi got a little too excited, ending with 160 for Terrace City as they gain a modest lead. Goatee smacked 514 for the Rockers, pulling them into the lead. Jennifer fired back with 564 for the Knights, adding just a little more to the lead. Midnight slipped with 80 for Westside, putting them in some danger of letting the game get away from them. Oreo paced the Terrace City lead with 176, keeping things steady in the game. Chicky Phil fell in line with the team, hitting only 32 as the Rockers lost with 675. Stripes smacked 668 to put the Knights at 1568 in a convincing victory. Terrace City is up to 2-0 with the rivalry win, while pushing Westside to 1-2.

Apple Park, Todavía: Boots began with 258 for Southridge in an unspectacular beginning. Easter faltered for Todavía, producing a sub-par 196 as the hosts fall behind early. Debby had only 30 for the Defenders in a poor appearance for the reigning Rookie of the Year. Sierra grabbed 145 for the Stills in a rough appearance of her own, indicating that the game will be low scoring. J. Garcia barely covered the deficit for Southridge, striking a meager 80 points to temporarily regain the lead. Leonardo poked 144 to keep Todavía in front. Shaggy's 21 left the Defenders at an embarrassing 389 total points in the loss. Sparkles slugged 457 to give the Stills a final of 942 in the win. Todavía stays strong at 4-1 while Southridge slides to 1-4 in a rough stretch of games.

Cisco Tysini Field, Tysini: Easter wasted absolutely no time in putting Todavía in a good position, blasting 970 to open the game. Princess kept Tysini afloat with a big 777 in response, keeping the deficit reasonable. Sierra swatted 497 for the Stills in a reasonable effort, countering efficiently for the visitors. Leandra managed 287 for the Hummingbirds, allowing the game to get a little more lopsided. Leonardo did well for Todavía, contributing 324 to hold the lead at a steady mark. Charli jumped in with 1051 for Tysini, pulling them to a late lead with a nearly unstoppable performance. Sparkles did not let things end here, forcing a response by smacking 634 for the Stills to give them a final of 2425. Bright lined 341 for the Hummingbirds, just barely enough to claim victory at 2456. Tysini is up to 3-0 in an impressive start to the season, while Todavía dropped to 4-2 as they continue to dazzle as well.

Sprint Pitch, Victoria: The Stills play a rare third-straight game, which may raise the fatigue alert. Easter stepped up with another big game, ripping 646 for Todavía as they made the short trip across the Southwest region to the Sprint Pitch. Spice did all she could to deal with a rough appearance, including flicking a backhand to keep the ball away from her wicket, only to sky the next one and end up with 231 for Victoria. Sierra pounded 535 this time for the Stills, another reliable effort from the veteran star. B. Chapman countered with 607 for the Spurs, keeping them at only a medium distance. Leonardo tacked on 432 for Todavía, hoping that to be enough to keep the team in control. Yekaterina's 619 for Victoria closed the gap they face heading into the final players for each team. Sparkles grabbed 606 to reproduce the advantage for the Stills, giving them a final of 2219. Kavan got a bad deflection, scoring 289 for the Spurs as they took a loss at 1746. Todavía salvaged a positive record out of their run of play, going to 5-2, while Victoria seeks its first win at 0-3.

Volkswagen Stadium, Viewpoint Sound: Twilight grabbed 287 for Central, a decent start by the usual standard but maybe not so much under this brand of offense seen tonight. Mr. Snowman stumbled with 169 for Viewpoint Sound, leaving the game fairly open at this stage. Dustin lifted 458 for the Warriors, adding onto their lead successfully. Mams fired back with 550 for the Meteors, drastically shrinking the deficit. Noelle slipped with 82 for Central, putting them in danger against the young attack the hosts prepare to unleash. Zach put up 352 for Viewpoint Sound, pulling them into a late lead against the defending the champions. Gizmo took only 192, failing to cover the deficit and giving the Warriors a loss with 1019. Kelly tapped 102 to give the Meteors 1173 in the win. Viewpoint Sound is up to 2-1 in an inconsistent season, while Central falls to 1-3 in a rough start.

Home Depot Forum, Web City: Tigerette released 563 to begin the game for Commerce, a solid display at the start of the game. Shadow answered with 274 for Web City. Ice Cream batted 522 for the Tradewinds, keeping their lead in good shape. Rainmane hit 366 for the Spiders, chipping at the deficit slightly. Lionel cancelled that out, slicing 376 for Commerce to maintain the lead again for the visitors. Sugar couldn't recover any points, overextending herself to save a backhand shot to the point that she was late to swing on a subsequent effort, producing 256 for Web City. Lorde kept it small with 164, giving the Tradewinds 1625 as their final. Shiny ripped 532 for the Spiders, but they still took a loss at 1428 in a game that ended a bit closer than expected. Commerce stays perfect at 5-0, while assessing Web City's first loss to fall to 1-1.

BMW RockDome, Westside: After a short break, the Stills make a longer trip up north. Easter continued to show a complete disregard for other teams' defenses, blasting 606 and only ending due to a technical malfunction. Misty bounced back with 694 for Westside, giving them a slight lead early on. Sierra regressed to 193 for the Stills, likely putting them in some danger of falling behind. Goatee kept pace for the Rockers, poking 200. Leonardo belted 529 for Todavía, giving them a more confident lead. Midnight had just 37 for Westside, continuing to be a liability as she adjusts to her new team. Sparkles tallied 441 to give the Stills a final score of 1769. Chicky Phil collected 28 for the Rockers, getting cut down by a high bounce, as the hosts lost with 959. Todavía continues their surge to 6-2, while Westside falls to 1-3.

Samsung Whitewater Stadium, Whitewater: Delila absolutely annihilated 963 for Atlantic, giving them a huge lead to start the game with. Bear fired back with a large 696 for Whitewater, finally looking like a reigning MVP. Amber let up a bit with 243 for the Pirates, potentially leaving them slightly vulnerable. Twinkie III failed to cash in for the Shores, taking just 144. Americus had only 183 for Atlantic, doing little to help them gain separation. Cheddar charged back with 290 for Whitewater, cutting into the deficit a little bit. Dominic failed to find a rhythm, grabbing 130 to put the Pirates at 1519 overall. Wild Thing shut it down, smacking a convincing 650 to give the Shores a win with 1780. Whitewater stands at 2-2, while Atlantic drops to 6-2.

UPCL Cricket: Week 2 Part 2

The middle eleven games of the second week of the season get going with...

Mercedes-Benz Field, Harrison: Spice cut 359 for Victoria to start the game off. Slinks fired back with 567 for Harrison, only ending when she knocked her wicket off as she reset her swing. B. Chapman collected 650 for the Spurs, pulling them into a lead with her big game. Twinkie II launched 869 for the Specters, restoring their lead and then some with a powerful turn. Yekaterina put Victoria in trouble, scoring only 96. Fellow rookie Sydney tacked on a reasonable 310 for Harrison to pad the lead. Kavan did little for the Spurs, with his 81 giving them 1186 total in the loss. Brownie poked 178 to give the Specters a final of 1924 in their win. Harrison is now at 2-2 while Victoria is at 0-2 on the year.

Nissan Infinity Stadium, Infinity: The Specters are right back in action, sharing travel with Victoria back to the Southwest region. Slinks blasted 923 to get Harrison off to a great start. Smudge mustered just 129 for Infinity, creating a large deficit early on. Twinkie II faltered with 112 for the Specters. Shelley carved out 378 for the Torpedoes, chipping at the deficit effectively. Sydney stabilized the lead for Harrison, knocking 561 to keep things steady. Gabe fired back with 392 for Infinity in a solid performance. Brownie took 162 for the Specters, producing their final score of 1758. Whiskers couldn't release a ball, skying it for 176 points as the Torpedoes lost with 1075. Harrison continues to surge to 3-2, while Infinity takes a setback to 1-4.

Pepsi Prestige Park, Lighton: Staying on the theme of the segment, we have a third straight Southwest vs. Northeast game. Fluffina couldn't find a swing, taking a meager 36 for Maplewood. Acorn also had issues, scoring just 89 for Lighton. Bryant kept the game low-scoring, pulling in 112 for the Lumberjacks after taking a bad angle hit. Spirit couldn't handle a series of odd bounces, taking only 63 for the Prestige in an odd match at the halfway point. Diddley looked ready to break out and then stumbled at 192, giving Maplewood the largest lead of the game so far. Twinkie I swatted 258 to pull Lighton into the lead narrowly. Cubby's slow hitting cost him, as he ended with 28, and the Lumberjacks lost with 368 total. Lydia salvaged a halfway decent score for the Prestige, drilling 500 to give them 910 in the win. Lighton stays perfect at 2-0, while Maplewood drops to 1-2 as they head home for the second half of a doubleheader.

UPS Ground, Maplewood: The Northeast region continues to feature prominently, especially in this divisional match. Goldy had a strong appearance, striking 545 for Everton to build an early lead. Fluffina finally had one of her patented big games, crushing 891 for Maplewood to take the lead in the early slugfest. Puff III shot back with 367 for the Eagles, keeping them in range. Bryant wiped most of that out, taking 351 for the Lumberjacks to hold the lead steady. Cleo played a fast 308 for Everton, not quite covering the whole deficit. Diddley slipped with 239 for Maplewood, making things a bit closer late in the game. Blizzard had just 180 for the Eagles, leaving them short at 1400. Cubby produced 183 for the Lumberjacks, and they won with 1664. Maplewood is now even at 2-2 with the division win, dumping Everton to 2-1.

Google Pitch at Union Ground, Modernistic: The Union break out their home blacks for the first time. Strawberry drilled 655 for Pronger to open the game in convincing fashion. Juno could only corral 146 for Modernistic, leaving a large gap to cover. Hoot rallied from a slow start to collect 448 for the Tridents. Ms. Puppy's poor season continued with only 24 for the Union this game. Precious continued to separate Pronger, lining 569 to extend the lead. Chimpy extended the pain for Modernistic, posting a meager 46. Paps had 57 to give the Tridents 1729 as their final. Puff I took only 81 for the Union, and they lost with a brutal and embarrassing 297. Pronger's absolute domination took them to 2-1 while dropping the discombobulated Modernistic side to 0-3.

AT&T Oceanside Stadium, Oceanside: Easter got Todavía off to a strong start, ripping 515 from the beginning. Snuggle grabbed 281 for Oceanside in a decent effort. Sierra clubbed another 304 for the Stills to keep the lead on pace. Bells pulled the Waves much closer by lining 487, nearly closing the gap in the game. Leonardo slipped at 225 for Todavía, leaving them vulnerable to being caught. Alyssa couldn't tie the game, taking only 164 for Oceanside in a lackluster performance. Sparkles bopped 445 for the Stills, putting their final at 1489. Pounce stumbled with 21 for the Waves, giving them a losing total of 953. Todavía takes on a 3-1 record, while Oceanside falls from the perfect ranks to 2-1.

Verizon Field, Pacific: Sally got a lucky deflection of a ball to the back 4s, but the Archtown lead-off hitter ended at 312 after reacting slowly after this stroke of luck. Starlight did poorly in collecting 64 for Pacific. Sleepy B. likewise had 64 for the Arrows, as the hitting gets a bit choppy around the middle of the game. Ms. Kitty smacked 465 for the Volcanoes, giving them the lead at the halfway point. Ruby continued her wonderful season with 619 for Archtown to reclaim the lead. Jack slapped 433 for Pacific, keeping the game extremely close as the last players step up to bat. Dusky lifted 351 to give the Arrows a total of 1346 for their final. Leonette rocked 424 to give the Volcanoes 1386 in the win, a narrow but well-played victory. Pacific is up to 2-2, while Archtown is pulled down to the same record.

Honda Driftwood Coliseum, Pearl: Bear has yet to dispel the MVP curse, scoring a measly 66 for Whitewater in another rough start. Watermelon took 242 for Pearl despite seeming to do a lot better than that. Twinkie III had only 51 for the Shores in a poor showing, which is par for the course in this game. Neopolitan stepped up with 441 for the Surfers to add onto their lead. Cheddar managed 336 for Whitewater, denting the deficit slightly. Wings answered with 368 for Pearl, continuing their strong play. Wild Thing secured 224 for the Shores, as they lost with 677 total. Cowzart's 37 iced the win for the Surfers at 1088. Pearl is up to 2-1, while Whitewater slides to 1-2.

Tridents Park sponsored by Ford, Pronger: For their Eastern Hills regional rivalry pull their gray jerseys out of the mothballs for a special game. Delila crushed 1648 for Atlantic, likely ending the game before it ever really got started. Strawberry took 336 back for Pronger in an effort to at least show up well. Amber blasted another 657 for the Pirates as they continue to dominate offensively. Hoot did his best to draw the Tridents back in, lining 1095 to shrink the deficit a bit. Americus faltered with 48 for Atlantic, which could be dangerous in this full-offense match. Precious tallied 578 for Pronger, making it nearly a close game going into the final players. Dominic cranked out 561 to put the Pirates at a final score of 2914. Paps had just 155 for the Tridents, giving them 2164 total in the high-scoring loss. The teams combined for over 5000 points in this match, near the top of the league records for combined team score. Atlantic, getting the better of it, is now at 5-1 with the critical division win, while Pronger slides to 2-2, but they are 0-2 in divisional games.

Ebay Center, Queens: Princess sliced a quick 482 for Tysini to lead off the game. Crystal fired back with 460 for Queens, playing a similar style to keep the game close early on. Leandra put up an average 274 for the Hummingbirds, doing little to protect the lead. Kayla managed 216 for the Flames, keeping them at a short but noticeable distance at the halfway point of the game. Charli posted 521 for Tysini to extend their lead in significant fashion. Max's 144 put Queens in trouble as he failed to shrink the deficit. Bright took 463 to put the Hummingbirds at a final of 1740, which is expected to stand for a win. Paige gathered 200 for the Flames, but they lost with 1020 as the result went official. Tysini is now 2-0, while Queens is 1-2.

Kraft Crowns Park, Royal: Delila clobbered 497 in another brilliant performance for the early front-runner for Comeback Player of the Year from Atlantic. Frosty got done in by an odd bounce, producing 211 for Royal. Amber tacked on a quick 334 for the Pirates to add onto their lead. Jake only wrangled 138 for the Crowns, as the game starts to slip away from them. Americus poked 215 for Atlantic, continuing to be the weak link in the lineup. Marsell faltered with 49 for Royal, costing them a comeback opportunity. Dominic put up 271 to give the Pirates a final score of 1317. Nightfur levied 385 for the Crowns, but they lost with 783 total. Atlantic continues to surge at 6-1, while Royal drops to 1-1.

Sally countered with 213 for Archtown, keeping the game close at the start. Chelsea's misplay early in her turn meant that she scored just 49 for the Sharks, putting them in trouble. Sleepy B. answered with 290 for the Arrows, pulling them into a slight lead. Taylor shot back with 308 for Eastside. Ruby allowed Archtown to slip a bit, with her 177 contributing to their shrinking lead late in the game. Niki hit 200 to give the Sharks a final of 816, a total that doesn't hold a lot of confidence. Dusky did more than enough in hitting 319 for the Arrows, giving them a winning total of 999. Archtown gets a big divisional win in a tough showing, going to 2-1, while dropping Eastside to 1-1.

McDonald's Pitch at Pirates Park, Atlantic: Easter pounded 775 points out very quickly to give Todavía a large lead at the start. Delila answered with 376 for Atlantic in an equally strong but shorter run of play. Sierra fired back with 232 for the Stills, a poor effort. Amber fired back with 272 for the Pirates, chipping away at the deficit. Leonardo messed up in grand fashion, hitting a measly 42 for Todavía, leaving them a bit vulnerable at this point in the game. Americus failed to capitalize, taking just 102 for Atlantic in a rough appearance. Sparkles didn't quite pull the Stills out of reach, but her solid 290 gave them 1339 overall, a good final score. Dominic put up 274 for the Pirates, as they took the loss with 1024 total. Todavía ended Atlantic's perfect start, improving themselves to 2-1 while bumping Atlantic to 3-1.

Coca-Cola Field, Boston: The Pirates head right onto the road to get action in a doubleheader. Delila pummeled 896 for Atlantic in a big start for the visitors. Patches has completely fallen apart for Boston, taking just 64 points back in this game. Amber supplemented the Pirates with 288 in this game, fresh off her Eastern Hills regional Player of the Week honor. Puff II struggled again at home with only 192 for the Swifts. Americus lined 321 for Atlantic, extending their lead again. Gradley knocked 415 in an attempt to keep Boston at least theoretically in the game. Dominic swung 429 for the Pirates, producing a final score of 1934 in their likely victory. Sweetheart brought the comeback to an abrupt end, scoring a pathetic 12 to leave the Swifts in shock with a loss at 683. Atlantic bounced back from their rough home match to get the win and go to 4-1, while Boston holds an even 3-3 record and needs a break more than anything else.

Capital City SuperCenter: You could say the visitors brought a knife to a gun fight in this odd geographic rivalry that actually features teams in different divisions. Snowball ground out 636 for Swordpoint, emerging big after weathering a rough start. Chris got robbed by the corner, achieving only 36 for Capital City. Dreamy couldn't manage an odd bounce, taking just 44 for the Blades. Missy handled the defense of the wicket well until she tried to scoop up all the balls she collected, with one taking a bounce to end her turn at 174 for the Sharpshooters. Shawn used a cheeky flip to the back 6s to secure the Swordpoint lead, scoring 885 in a massive performance to leave his mark on this rivalry. Sprinkles replied with a well-meaning 408 for Capital City that did little to shrink their deficit. Stealth accidentally ended his turn at 461 with a deflection straight into the stumps, but the Blades ended with 2026 in a big finish. Dani came nowhere near the mark, hitting a weak 48 to give the Sharpshooters a bedeviled 666 final score. Swordpoint is now 2-0 on the season with the huge rivalry win, while Capital City falls to 0-2.

Nestle's Warriors Park, Central: The Blades get a doubleheader, traveling to the northeast with the hopes of continuing their hot start. Swordpoint started with another significant lead thanks to 535 from their captain, Snowball. Twilight took 295 back for Central in a reasonable effort. Dreamy scooped another 240 for the Blades. Dustin launched 648 to give the Warriors a slight lead halfway through the game. Shawn countered with 382 for Swordpoint, again using impressive bat control to avoid disaster. Noelle held steady at 314 for Central, watching their lead shrink a bit heading into the anchoring players. Stealth tripped up at 49 for the Blades, giving them a losing total of 1206. Gizmo tapped 98 to give the Warriors 1355 in the win. Central gets into the win column at 1-2, while Swordpoint takes a step back in trying circumstances to go to 2-1.

Nike Field, Commerce: These two teams meet for the first time since making history with the first tie in league history in Diamond during week 10. Smokey has already insured that the same score line will not be repeated, hitting 572 for Diamond (the tie occurred at 487). Tigerette sheared 133 for Commerce, leaving them behind early on. Citrus slapped 438 more for the Gems, extending their lead well. Ice Cream blasted 714 to get the Tradewinds much closer in the game. Pedey threw the cricket equivalent of a stiff arm with 385 for Diamond, in hopes that they can keep the separation. Lionel unleashed 526 for Commerce against his best friend's team, pulling the hosts very close. Cassandra had 202 for the Gems, giving them 1597 total. Lorde finished with 292 for the Tradewinds, hauling them to a victory with 1665. Commerce continues their perfect start at 4-0, while Diamond's misfortune drags them down to 0-3, with their home match of the week next.

The Intel Pitch, Diamond: That home match, on a back-to-back, comes against the one team that has given the Gems fits since the end of the first season. Bear got shut down at 208 for Whitewater, as the reigning MVP struggles in his second game. Smokey cranked out 471 for Diamond, giving them a decent lead early on. Twinkie III faltered with 80 points for the Shores, putting them in a state of distress. Citrus added 482 to the lead for the Gems, building it up to a substantial margin. Cheddar grabbed 364 for Whitewater, attempting to cut into the deficit. Pedey had another rough showing at home, hitting 80 to leave Diamond a tad vulnerable late in the game. Wild Thing couldn't cover the gap, hitting 155 as the Shores lost with 807 to their most natural rival. Cassandra, the 2014 MVP winner, had a record in belting 579 for the Gems to seal their win at 1612. Cassandra hit fourteen straight balls to the 6-point zone to start her game, the longest such streak since Delila rallied for twelve straight 6-point shots last season. Diamond is up to 1-3 now, while Whitewater slides to 1-1.

HP Field, Eastside: Jasmine slowly and steadily worked her way to 380 for Freedom, playing against her original team. Graham again ran into trouble for Eastside, hitting 176 in an effort that left a lot to be desired. Stinky clubbed 769 for the Cascades, boosting their lead significantly. Chelsea took back 320 for the Sharks, chipping away at the newly-large deficit. Roxy tacked on 233 for Freedom as they appear to be coasting to the finish. Taylor had only 207 for Eastside, failing to contribute positively to the game. Nikolai poked 104 to give the Cascades a total of 1486. Niki took a big swinging approach for the Sharks, knocking 270 as they took a loss with 973. Freedom continues to impress in going to 2-2 with the divisional win, while Eastside falls to 1-2 and is winless in division games.

Chevrolet Field, Everton: Strawberry couldn't handle a high-bouncing ball, taking only 112 for Pronger. Goldy had another bad game for Everton, hitting just 90. Hoot broke free with 350 for the Tridents, giving them a better look. Puff III clobbered 500 for the Eagles, pulling them into the lead. Precious answered with 312 for Pronger, keeping the game at a manageable score. Cleo fired back with 519 for Everton, lifting them into a stronger lead late in the game. Paps took 199 for the Tridents, but this wasn't enough, as they fell with 973. Blizzard launched an extra 431 to give the Eagles 1550 total in their win. Toyota Pitch, Freedom: Juno got a piece of one ball, but it slid behind her bat as she set up her next swing, giving her only 40 points for Modernistic. Chimpy took 224 for Modernistic, saving a little face for them. Roxy kept pace with 273 for Freedom, maintaining the lead effectively. Puff I smacked 570 for the Union, but the damage had already been done as they lost with 864 total. Nikolai nearly did all of that himself, tacking on 828 to ice the Cascades win at 1996. Freedom is in positive territory at 3-2, while Modernistic continues their rough start to 0-2.

Amazon Field, Golden: The final game of this portion of the week kicks off with two scuffling teams. Smudge grabbed 416 to lead off for Infinity. Valencia answered with 231 for Golden, unable to best her older sister. Shelley slapped 297 for the Torpedoes, keeping them in the lead. Dusty faltered with 75 for the Pilots, leaving them in significant trouble. Gabe finally found his road rhythm for Infinity, posting 345 to pad their lead. Strut managed only 192 for Golden, squandering their attempt to come back into the game. Whiskers blasted another 561 for the Torpedoes, giving them a final score of 1619, their best of the season as a team. A. Charlton got jammed quickly, taking 192 to put the Pilots at 690 in the loss. Infinity's first win of the season puts them at 1-3, while Golden slides to the same mark.
