Diamond Gems veteran Leonardo going first and finishing his qualifying 47th by speed in Accuracy with the red cue. Leonardo wasn't very good, and a late double-error stuck him at 24 shots. His qualifying totals were 188 shots and 23 errors. Stonebridge Wolves newcomer Dewey goes 2nd today with the blue cue in 13-ball. Dewey assumed the mantle of Mr. Never-Miss in this one, making a pair on the break and finishing in 11 shots and no errors. Boston Swifts star Gradley follows in Accuracy with the green cue as the 48th qualifying finisher. Gradley didn't have any errors in the game, but he was a little shaky with 21 shots. He totaled 154 shots and 5 errors throughout his qualifiers. Back in 13-ball, Maplewood Lumberjacks veteran Whiskers plays with the silver cue. Whiskers held her own, but a couple of errors pushed her to 24 shots for the game. Another Lumberjack, the captain Diddley, uses the green cue for 15-ball. Diddley took a couple of errors but maintained a consistent pace to end at 25 shots.
The second group gets going with Viewpoint Sound Meteors veteran Dani playing Rotation with the green cue. Dani made a statement with this performance, closing in 22 shots and no errors. Maplewood Lumberjacks veteran Summer also plays Rotation, using the purple cue. Summer let a couple of shots get away from her, but she still finished the game with 23 shots and one error. Boston Swifts newcomer Tigerette keeps the purple cue active for 15-ball. Tigerette shot the 2-15 combination into a cluster with a deflection sending the 15 to the bottom right to give her 3 shots and no errors for the game. Southern Monarchs veteran Dominic also uses the purple cue in 15-ball. Dominic suffered three fouls in his game, and that put him at 26 shots. Capital City Sharpshooters rookie Ellie ends the group in 13-ball with the blue cue. Ellie avoided errors and got a big run on solids in the middle, ending up with 23 shots.
Web City Spiders captain Jack leads off group three with the red cue in 13-ball. Jack was able to play well early on, but a couple of late errors caused him to slide to 22 shots. Eastside Sharks sophomore Toki is ready to go in 13-ball with the purple cue. Toki had some struggles with positioning and took one error for a scratch on the break. He ended up at 26 shots. North Modernistic Nighthawks enforcer Cheddar gets the 13th game today, using the green cue in 12-ball. Cheddar made four balls and scratched on the break, but the distribution was too chaotic. She ended up with three errors in 24 shots at the end. Infinity Torpedoes captain Smudge draws in for 15-ball with the blue cue. Smudge was a little sloppy at times with three errors in 27 shots to finish this game. Royal Crowns veteran Brownie seals the group with the purple cue in Rotation. Brownie had an awful break, and it didn't get better later in the game, which saw her end at 30 shots and four errors.
Whitewater Shores rookie Rachel is the 49th player done with qualifying as she uses the green cue in Accuracy. Rachel was pretty good in this appearance, closing in 18 shots with no errors. She had 172 shots and 7 errors overall. Midland Predators veteran Rainmane is next, using the purple cue for 15-ball. Rainmane surprisingly took no errors but still needed 25 shots to get through the game. Eastside Sharks sophomore Maison takes up the blue cue for Rotation. Maison struggled through this appearance with four errors and 33 shots. Archtown Arrows is the 50th player done with qualifying as she shoots Accuracy with the red cue. Hoppy had an ugly start but recovered to finish in 18 shots with no errors. Her totals were 149 shots and 7 errors. Queens Flames veteran Pauline also uses the red cue in Accuracy as the 51st player to exit. Pauline didn't do anything impressive with 21 shots and no errors in the game for totals of 168 shots and 6 errors.
The fifth group begins as Oceanside Waves captain Celestia shoots 15-ball with the green cue. A promising start was quickly spoiled by four errors that pushed Celestia to 28 shots. Viewpoint Sound Meteors captain Hoot is ready to play 13-ball with the purple cue. Hoot had a good start wiped out by bad positioning in the end, needing 24 shots with one error to finish. Atlantic Pirates hotshot Isabella ends her qualifying 52nd by speed when she shoots Accuracy with the silver cue. Isabella made a mess of her finish, needing 23 shots to exit the game. Her qualifying totals stood at 171 shots and 13 errors. The 24th player of the day is Infinity Torpedoes star Fuchsia playing Rotation with the green cue. Fuchsia lost her cool as she picked up four errors but still managed to finish in 24 shots. Diamond Gems captain Shadow also plays Rotation, using the purple cue. Shadow took a double of errors but kept himself at 24 shots despite a late fade.
Set six kicks off with Westside Rockers rookie Carly shooting Rotation with the red cue. Carly got through the game despite an uneven effort, ending up with 26 shots and one error. Modernistic Union sophomore Maggie finally returns to action with the green cue in 10-ball. Maggie did not do well with 23 shots and four errors in an infuriating outing. Midland Predators rising star Kitty plays Accuracy with the blue cue as the 53rd player to exit qualifying. Kitty made two balls on the break and ended the game in 17 shots with no errors. Her totals rested at 147 shots and 7 errors. Terrace City Knights captain Kiwi is up for 15-ball with the purple cue. Kiwi was bailed out by a kick of the 6 that sent the 15 to the top right, giving her 18 shots and one error. The 30th game of the day sees Whitewater Shores star Katharine play 13-ball with the purple cue. Katharine suffered four errors as her late positioning ruined a good game that ended up at 25 shots.
The seventh set opens with TodavĂa Stills star Sierra shooting Rotation with the purple cue. Sierra had some iffy moments with two errors, but sealed the performance in 22 shots. Harrison Specters captain Twinkie II keeps the purple cue active in Rotation for today's 32nd game. Twinkie II was slow from the start, and three errors didn't help as she slipped to 29 shots. More Rotation follows for Southern Monarchs newcomer Lorde, who uses the red cue. Lorde couldn't string much together with two errors in 31 shots. Freedom Cascades captain Stinky keeps the red cue active for 15-ball. Stinky fired off just 18 shots to clear the table, a fast performance featuring no errors. Wrapping up the group, Modernistic Union veteran Sydney C. plays 15-ball with the green cue. Sydney C. did much worse with four errors and 35 shots needed to get through the outing.
Group eight starts with Stonebridge Wolves strongman Hershey trying 13-ball with the red cue. Hershey took a couple of errors but still powered through to 18 shots for the game. Everton Eagles captain Goldy is the 54th player to complete qualifiers as she shoots Accuracy with the silver cue. Goldy composed herself quickly and ended up with 16 shots and no errors in the game. She had 179 shots and 14 errors overall. North Modernistic Nighthawks veteran Gizmo goes 38th today, using the blue cue in 15-ball. Gizmo had a couple of early errors but stormed away after that to finish in 21 shots. Atlantic Pirates captain Delila also plays 15-ball, using the red cue. Positioning served Delila quite well as she finished the rack in 16 shots despite two errors. Apex Wonders veteran Cowzart rounds out the batch with the red cue in 13-ball. The pace wasn't the best, but Cowzart danced away from errors and finished with 24 shots.
The ninth group is underway as Swordpoint Blades veteran Bandit shoots Rotation with the red cue. Bandit didn't get enough clear looks, ending up with four errors in 29 shots. Oceanside Waves newcomer Patches gets a chance in 10-ball with the blue cue. Patches took one error for a scratch on the break but finished up at 15 shots in a quick game. Golden Pilots captain Valencia goes 43rd today, using the silver cue in Rotation. Valencia had everything go right for her, taking only one error in 20 shots. Modernistic Union newcomer Quincy steps in with the red cue for 12-ball. Quincy avoided errors and ended up with 19 shots thanks to a big surge early on. Web City Spiders veteran Nibbles finishes the group with the red cue in 13-ball. Nibbles required 24 shots and two errors to get through the appearance.
After a break, the last group is here with Pacific Volcanoes veteran Leonette using the silver cue in 13-ball. Leonette had a good start but wasted it with four errors to end at 23 shots. Tysini Hummingbirds star Charli draws in for 15-ball with the blue cue. Charli illegally potted the 15 early on in her game, one of three errors that forced to the clear the table. She finished in 26 shots. Whitewater Shores star Marsell is up for 15-ball with the purple cue. Marsell kept the 15 near the top left, but it took him a long time to get to it, as he finished with 24 shots and three errors. Infinity Torpedoes sophomore Blaze is the 55th player done with qualifying as he plays Accuracy with the green cue. Blaze displayed strong control and finished the game with no errors in 18 shots, giving him 163 shots and 6 errors overall. North Modernistic Nighthawks captain Peach ends the day with the blue cue in 13-ball. Peach had a terrible outing with 37 shots and six errors as she failed to deal with the side pockets early.
Difficulties have continued into the final week of qualifying, which keeps going tomorrow.
