Tournament XI Qualifiers - Day 29

Qualifying action continues today, leading off with...

Queens Flames veteran Mario playing Accuracy with the purple cue as the 56th player to finish qualifying. Mario took 19 shots and no errors in the game for totals of 166 shots and 12 errors. Central Warriors newcomer Klaus also exits qualifying, 57th by speed, with the silver cue in Accuracy. Klaus didn't get anything on the break, but he took no errors to finish in 18 shots. His overall numbers were 165 shots and 8 errors. Harrison Specters newcomer Puff II is next up with the red cue in Rotation. Puff II was very calm despite taking two errors, as she finished the appearance in 20 shots. Whitewater Shores mainstay Twinkie III is the 58th player done with qualifying, using the purple cue in Accuracy. Twinkie III left some good plays on the table but finished with 18 shots and no errors. Overall, she had 157 shots and 10 errors. Freedom Cascades rookie Blake goes 5th today, using the green cue in 15-ball. Blake struggled too much early on, but a surge after her second and final error helped her close at 33 shots. 

Apex Wonders captain Midnight ends her qualifying 59th by speed with the green cue in hand for Accuracy. Midnight was fairly steady with 18 shots and no errors, and her totals were 162 shots and 7 errors. Capital City Sharpshooters veteran Missy is up for 13-ball with the purple cue. A couple of questionable decisions didn't hurt Missy, who cleared the table in 22 shots with no errors. Pearl Surfers veteran Boots draws in with the green cue in Rotation. Boots made four balls on the break, allowing her to pace herself to 21 shots and two errors for the game. Midland Predators captain Shawn brings the purple cue back for 13-ball. Shawn took one early error for an overfill but maintained enough control to end at 22 shots. Oceanside Waves newcomer Patches ends the group with the silver cue in 12-ball. Patches butchered her finishing approach in this one, taking two errors and 29 shots to finish. 

The 11th player of the day is Modernistic Union sophomore Maggie, who also uses the silver cue in 12-ball. Maggie avoided errors but had to do extensive work on positioning to end in 24 shots. North Modernistic Nighthawks strongman Lionel is next up in 15-ball with the green cue. Lionel picked up five errors in 31 shots as his early work left plenty to be desired. Boston Swifts captain Sweetheart is ready to try Rotation with the purple cue. Sweetheart rarely had clear looks and let frustration take over in 36 shots and five error. Zenith Skywatchers sophomore Omari goes next with the blue cue in 12-ball. Omari had positioning issues but resolved those in 24 shots with two errors. Pearl Surfers co-captain Watermelon ends the batch with the silver cue in Rotation. Watermelon stumbled to 24 shots and three errors after she played through her sloppy start well. 

The fourth group begins with Archtown Arrows sophomore Greg using the silver cue for 15-ball. Greg did pretty well, taking just one early error before a 10-15 combination to the top left ended his turn at 18 shots. The silver cue stays on for the final 10-ball game, as Harrison Specters rookie Bucco draws in. Bucco was shaky early and took one error before finishing at 19 shots. Royal Crowns star Jake goes 18th today, using the red cue for 15-ball. Jake cruised early on, then took one late error to end on 20 shots. Central Warriors captain Twilight is the 60th player to finish qualifying, using the purple cue in Accuracy. Twilight took no errors in 19 shots, ending her qualifying run at 181 shots and 9 errors overall. Another Warrior finishes 61st by speed, as Graham plays Accuracy with the blue cue. Graham posted 20 shots and no errors in his game, finishing qualifying with 175 shots and 6 errors. 

Group five sees Viewpoint Sound Meteors veteran Cobalt use the green cue in Accuracy as the 62nd player done with qualifying. Cobalt was fine until the last ball, where he fell apart to 24 shots with one error. He finished with 168 shots and 12 errors in total. Web City Spiders veteran Waluigi is up for 15-ball with the purple cue. Waluigi took five errors and 39 shots to complete a terrible outing. Commerce Tradewinds star Solaris also uses the purple cue for 15-ball. Solaris did even worse, with 42 shots and seven errors. More 15-ball follows for today's 24th game as Todavía Stills newcomer Hughbert plays with the green cue. Struggles persisted across the league as Hughbert took one error and 32 shots to finish. Westside Rockers newcomer Snowball is the 63rd to finish qualifying as she uses the silver cue in Accuracy. Snowball did alright with 17 shots and one error, giving her totals of 174 shots and 15 errors. 

The sixth set leads off with Stonebridge Wolves rookie Lindsay playing Rotation with the silver cue. Lindsay couldn't get anything going and ended up at 35 shots with three errors. Oceanside Waves newcomer Daisy is 64th to finish qualifying as she uses the blue cue in Accuracy. Daisy took one error and finished with 20 shots, giving her overall numbers at 151 shots and 9 errors. Central Warriors veteran Noelle steps up boldly with the silver cue in Rotation. Noelle took five errors and 26 shots, one of the better outings in the last hour. Royal Crowns captain Kayla is the 65th player done with qualifying, using the green cue for Accuracy. Kayla plowed through the rack in just 16 shots with no errors. She had 167 shots and 11 errors overall. Going 30th today, Southridge Defenders rookie Ingrid tries Rotation with the silver cue. Ingrid held her own with 27 shots and three errors in a decent outing. 

Golden Pilots veteran Sparkles becomes the 66th player to finish qualifying when she shoots Accuracy with the blue cue. Sparkles took an error for a scratch on the break but finished in a crisp 17 shots. Her totals were 142 shots and 4 errors. Another Accuracy game goes to Southridge Defenders newcomer Roxy, the 67th player to finish qualifying, who also uses the blue cue. Roxy kept it clean with no errors and 17 shots in the game to produce totals of 176 shots and 10 errors overall. Another qualifying finish sees Capital City Sharpshooters veteran Sprinkles use the red cue as the 68th player to shoot Accuracy. Sprinkles took an error for scratching on the break, then closed at 18 shots. Her overall numbers were 158 shots and 6 errors. Victoria Spurs captain Spice goes 34th today, using the red cue for Rotation. Spice was pretty good with 23 shots and two errors, although her performance sagged as the game went on. At the back of the group, Commerce Tradewinds newcomer Bear is the 69th player done with qualifying as he uses the purple cue for Accuracy. Bear started well before a late fade dropped him to 19 shots and no errors, for totals of 183 shots and 13 errors. 

The eighth group opens with Modernistic Union captain Ms. Puppy using the blue cue for 15-ball. Ms. Puppy had a fantastic start and took only one error in 21 shots in this game. The 37th player of the day is Infinity Torpedoes veteran Shelley, who uses the green cue in Rotation. Shelley started well but lost her pace later, ending up at 27 shots and one error. Southridge Defenders veteran Wario is the 70th player done with qualifying, and he uses the red cue in Accuracy. Wario filled the top left early, then stumbled late to end on 17 shots and no errors. Overall, he had 173 shots and 7 errors. Pronger Tridents veteran Avril closes her qualifying run 71st, using the purple cue in Accuracy. Avril took no errors, but she had to chase the final ball to end with 21 shots. Her overall numbers stood at 173 shots and 11 errors. Westside Rockers mainstay Goatee wraps up the batch with the silver cue in 15-ball. Goatee cruised through her appearance fairly well with 21 shots and just one error for an illegal contact. 

Group nine starts as Swordpoint Blades captain Dreamy shoots Rotation with the silver cue. Dreamy lost control early on and ended up amassing eight errors in 41 shots. Westside Rockers captain Misty keeps the silver cue up for 15-ball. Misty saw a half-chance by shooting into a cluster, and it worked with the 10 and 15 falling in the top left to give her 1 shot and no errors. Everton Eagles star Cleo is up for Rotation with the red cue. Cleo took her first errors of qualifying, four of them, but finished with a respectable 26 shots. Victoria Spurs veteran Strawberry is up in 13-ball with the blue cue. Strawberry had a good start but let it slip late, as she finished with 24 shots and two errors. Rounding out the group, Pacific Volcanoes newcomer Smokey has the green cue in hand for 12-ball. Smokey got through a tough rack with good positioning to end on 21 shots with one error. 

The final group commences with Modernistic Union newcomer Quincy playing 13-ball with the green cue. Quincy couldn't get any positioning and completely lost control, ending up at 10 errors in 46 shots by the end. Eastside Sharks newcomer Rudolph is up in 15-ball with the purple cue. Rudolph was sloppy with six errors in 28 shots. Another Shark, the sophomore Lily, is the 72nd player done with qualifying as she uses the silver cue in Accuracy. Lily wasn't immune from the day's troubles, but she did decently in 19 shots and no errors, giving herself totals of 172 shots and 8 errors. Todavía Stills captain Easter also exits qualifying with the red cue in Accuracy, the 73rd player to do so. Easter was nearly perfect in her appearance, making a pair on the break and finishing with 15 shots and no errors. Her overall score was 161 shots and 9 errors. Today's finale is Accuracy with the purple cue for Lighton Prestige star Citrus, who is the 74th player to complete qualifiers. Citrus cruised through her game in 14 shots with no errors, giving her totals of 163 shots and 6 errors. 

One of the worst qualifying days in league history is done. Tomorrow's status will be determined later.
