Games 1, 2, 5, 7 (5 and 7 if necessary)
Games 3, 4, 6 (6 if necessary)
Game 1: Verizon Field, Pacific. Twilight managed 120 for Central after earning a non-penalized replay after a technical error, squandering a chance to set the tone for her team. Starlight belted 416 for Pacific, giving them the early lead. Gizmo's struggles from the previous round have rolled over into the semifinals, as he had just 66 for the Warriors, doing little to cut the deficit. Ms. Kitty saw her offense drop precipitously after a 50% penalty resulted in her scoring only 100. Noelle made her pay for it by scoring 1409 for Central, dragging the visitors into a highly comfortable lead. Her best friend (an understated aspect of the series), Jack, proceeded to take a 50% penalty and end up with 88 for Pacific, looking distinctly rattled by the rapid change of proceedings. Dustin added 313 to put the Warriors at a total of 1908. Leonette stumbled to 48, leaving the Volcanoes significantly behind with their final at 652. Central takes an early 1-0 series lead, doing something two other teams failed to do: defeat the Volcanoes.
Game 2: Verizon Field, Pacific. Twilight opened with only 147 this time for Central, failing to get her offense going at full strength. Starlight replied with 319 for Pacific, making this game a little closer than the first one of the series at the start. Gizmo again failed to score well, hitting just 32 for the Warriors in another poor outing. Ms. Kitty also struggled again, putting up only 67 for the Volcanoes in her turn. Noelle proved unable to replicate her surprise performance from the first game, but still belted a game-high 487 for Central to pull them into the lead. A significantly less astonished Jack knocked 359 for Pacific to keep the game competitive. Dustin kept the Warriors alive with some impressive, dedicated bat work, but he still had just 168 in the end, putting his team at a total of 834. Leonette scored only 55 for the Volcanoes, costing them dearly as they finished with 800 and took another loss. Central now leads the series 2-0, and they also get to head home, despite the inability of their captain to outplay her sister.
Game 3: Nestle's Warriors Park, Central. Starlight led off with a solid 400-point effort for Pacific, in hopes of turning around a series that has not gone her way so far. Twilight belted 537 for Central, finally besting her sister for the first time in this series. The Volcanoes received a measly 16 from Ms. Kitty, as her rough round continues to hurt her team. Gizmo ripped 607 for the Warriors, putting them firmly in control of the game. Jack cobbled together 446 for Pacific, even though he appeared shaky with the bat throughout his turn. Noelle supplied Central with a confident 370, keeping them in the lead with a player each to go. Leonette's 138 was not good enough for the Volcanoes, as they fell with a total of 1000 even. Dustin capped the Warriors victory with 256, putting them at 1770 in a dominating win. Central now leads the not-very-close series 3-0, pushing the previously undefeated Volcanoes to the brink after three straight losses to open the series.
Game 4: Nestle's Warriors Park, Central. Starlight began by slicing 336 points for Pacific. Twilight's turn ended early after a bad bounce, and she produced only 39 points for Central, allowing her sister to take round 4 of their personal battle. Ms. Kitty suffered a 50% penalty for the Volcanoes, scoring just 55 after her false start. Gizmo picked up the slack for Twilight, drilling 463 to give the Warriors a lead at the midway point of the game. Jack slugged 697 for Pacific, pulling them back into the lead. Noelle got beaten by good bowling, scoring a meager 33 for Central and leaving them well behind the pace. Leonette managed only 80 points for the Volcanoes, putting them at 1168 for their final. Dustin chipped 336 for the Warriors, but they lost with 871 despite his efforts. With the loss, Central is holding a 3-1 series lead, giving them three more chances to advance.
Game 5: Verizon Field, Pacific. Twilight started the game with a respectable 372 for Central. Starlight stumbled her way to 135 for Pacific, surrendering an early lead to the visitors. Gizmo slipped with 207 for the Warriors, leaving the door a bit open for a comeback. Ms. Kitty got 269 back for the Volcanoes, pulling them slightly closer. Noelle posted only 200 points for Central, again making their lead noticeable but not comfortable. Jack failed to cash in for Pacific, getting upended at 12 points and putting them in a very tight situation if they expect their season to continue. Dustin got stopped at 46 for the Warriors, putting them at a low final score of 825. Leonette did just enough to extend the series, slapping 423 to give the Volcanoes 839 and the win. The series now stands at 3-2 for Central, who will head back home trying to close it out for a third time.
Game 6: Nestle's Warriors Park, Central. Starlight showed off a little too much in her opening effort for Pacific, but she still ended up with a strong 500 points. Twilight failed to control the bounce she was served with, and scored just 87 for Central. Ms. Kitty responded with 596 for the Volcanoes. Gizmo crumbled with 106 for the Warriors, almost assuring them a rough game. Jack was stopped at 113 for Pacific after committing a false start and being assessed a 50% penalty. Noelle made her friend pay for his mistake, crushing 1237 to give Central the lead with a player each to go. Leonette navigated an unfriendly opening to hit 324 for the Volcanoes, giving them hope of staying alive with 1533 as their final score. Dustin had none of hit, securing a Warriors win with 192 for 1622 total. Central won the series 4-2. The Warriors cooled a juggernaut Volcanoes team, and now await either the Shores or the Lumberjacks for the finals.
