Elite Cricket 2018 - Week 17

We'll try to do the entire Elite Week 17 schedule in one day today. We begin with...

Honda Driftwood Coliseum, Pearl: The Surfers get the first game of the week at home, facing the Capital City Sharpshooters. Neopolitan sits for the hosts while Lorde takes the bench for the visitors. Chris had a lack of pace at the start for Capital City, managing only 210 in a sloppy first turn. Boots stayed very much in form with 742 for Pearl, skipping an optional replay after a technical error. Missy crashed out with 96 for the Sharpshooters in a disappointing second attack. A deflection ceased Watermelon's turn for the Surfers at only 51, sending the game on a lower-scoring track. Sprinkles made quite the comeback rally with 874 for Capital City, pulling them ahead with the fantastic turn. Bright faltered under pressure with a measly 42 for Pearl, giving them a deficit to overcome on the final turn. Pauline picked up only 185, a deflection cutting her down to give the Sharpshooters a total of 1365. Beth put the pressure on with 512 for the Surfers, but they ended short at 1347. Capital City gets by to 26-5, while Pearl drops to 17-17.

Cisco Tysini Field, Tysini: The Waves play their second straight game at the Hummingbirds. The hosts end an eight-game home stand with Princess resting, while Snuggle sits for the visitors. Celestia saw a ball bounce off the knob of her bat, ending her turn at 247 when it clipped the boundary for a slow start by Oceanside. Leandra countered with 456 for Tysini, giving them a decent first lead. Josie countered with 483 for the Waves, pulling them ahead with a productive appearance. Charli regained a smaller lead for the Hummingbirds with 392, keeping the game close at the halfway point. Dewey kept the pressure up with 539 for Oceanside, restoring their lead again. Brownie made a mess of the counterattack, falling a pathetic 21 as Tysini slips far behind. Jason V. had only 150 for the Waves at the end, putting them at 1419 in total. Paps came up short with 447 for the Hummingbirds, leaving them in a loss with 1316. Oceanside took both visits in this stadium, rising to 18-16, while entering a virtual tie with the 17-15 Tysini side.

Nike Field, Commerce: The Tradewinds put Niki on the bench after a rough outing last time, while Celestia sits in a turn of rest for the visiting Waves. Snuggle collected 706 for Oceanside on the opening turn, pacing his team's attack quite nicely with the big contribution. Tigerette tried to make a sufficient counterattack, but she fell at a paltry 66 for Commerce. Josie tallied another 603 for the Waves on their second attack, padding their lead nicely with a strong outing. Taylor gathered 489 for the Tradewinds, making their offense a bit more respectable with the effort. Dewey took a middling 256 in this appearance, keeping Oceanside firmly ahead for now. Lionel got distracted quickly and managed a measly 39 for Commerce, ruining any faint hopes of a comeback. Jason V. got overwhelmed by a number of offerings, a rolling ball stalling him at 207 as the Waves finish with 1772 total. Rosemary took a mere 290 for the Tradewinds, leaving them in a deep loss at 884. Oceanside rises to third place at 19-16, while Commerce dips to 13-16.

IBM Nighthawks Nest, North Modernistic: A fatigued Cheddar sits out for the Nighthawks in this rematch from a week ago, while the Flames sit Briana as her struggles seem to have returned. Queens had 344 at the start as Crystal put together an alright first turn for the visitors. Peach had only 96 for North Modernistic to start their offense quite slowly in this game. Violetta slugged 1323 on the second attack for the Flames, continuing to be one of the best young players in the league. Gal tried to keep up for the Nighthawks, but faltered with a meager 96 as the Nighthawks look doomed again. Kyle struggled with a poor 64 for Queens, but their lead is not in any danger despite the misstep. B. Chapman chipped 250 for North Modernistic in response, but they remain significantly behind. Hannah didn't have a lot of pace, but longevity got her to 600 points for the Flames, giving them a total of 2331. Luigi managed just 122 as the Nighthawks went quietly with a loss at 575, erasing their recent home success. Queens is up to 19-16, while North Modernistic drops to 11-23 with the defeat.

Ebay Center, Queens: The Flames return home now for a meeting with the Surfers, with the visitors sitting Bright while the hosts put Kyle on the bench, both for performance concerns. Boots slipped from her recent pace but still did well with 448 for Pearl to open the scoring here. Crystal allowed herself to replay a technical error, and then grabbed 600 to give Queens a small initial lead. Watermelon shot back with 552 for the Surfers, pulling them ahead on the second attack. Violetta had a lot of pace for the Flames, but an errant swing stalled her at 297, putting them behind now. Neopolitan stashed 450 for Pearl on the next turn, padding their lead pretty well. Briana bounced back from a benching with 728 for Queens, taking the lead back in a thriller of a game so far. Beth went off with 742 for the Surfers, forcing the hosts to reply to a final score of 2192. Hannah faltered at a weak 60 for the Flames, giving them the loss at 1685. Elite's mid-table teams get closer as Pearl jumps to 18-17, while Queens drops to 19-17.

McDonald's Pitch at Pirates Park: The Pirates begin their tripleheader with Klaus on the bench for rest, while the Union bench Chimpy for this meeting. Ms. Puppy had a decent 362 for Modernistic to open the game, but she didn't put much fear into the hosts. Delila didn't do well enough for Atlantic in response, falling at a poor 144 after sending her last swing a bit too high. Daisy didn't cover that damage with 133 for the Union, her hot start quickly falling apart. Isabella shot back with 472 for the Pirates, seizing the opportunity to pull the hosts ahead at the midway mark. Puff I's second-half slump continued with only 82 for Modernistic this time out. Steven pounded 703 for Atlantic in response, extending their lead greatly with the effort. Kodiak gave the Union a jolt with 585 at the end, but they still lost with a total of 1162. Max showed off 664 for the Pirates at the end, giving them a winning score of 1983. Atlantic moves up to 17-14, while Modernistic sinks back to 12-25.

Nissan Infinity Stadium, Infinity: The Pirates make a long trip for a one-off road game in the middle of their tripleheader, sitting Delila here, while the host Torpedoes bench Solaris for rest. Isabella led off with a mediocre 250 for Atlantic to begin the scoring. Smudge pummeled 1014 for Infinity in response, quadrupling her daughter's effort to give the hosts a big lead. Steven didn't get much of the damage back with 184 for the Pirates, still leaving them at a deep deficit. Fluffina shot back with a poor 192 for the Torpedoes, keeping their lead steady halfway through the game. Klaus had a weak 126 for Atlantic on this attack, unable to cut into the deficit. Shelley kept Infinity steady once again with 136 on her turn, unimpressive but effective for now. Max made a nice push with 600 for the Pirates, but they took the loss anyway at 1160. Mr. Snowman added a modest 328 for the Torpedoes, capping their win at 1670. Infinity is still firmly in second place with a record of 22-12, while Atlantic drops back to 17-15.

McDonald's Pitch at Pirates Park, Atlantic: The Pirates are back at home, sitting Isabella as they finish the tripleheader, while Jack sits for the Spiders in a critical game for their season. Shadow posted 527 for Web City, continuing to excel even in another difficult season for his team. Delila got only 240 back for Atlantic, doing just less than half of the deficit in response. Ted wrapped up a ball and sent it sky-high, wasting his turn with a pathetic 16 for the Spiders. Steven floated 1008 for the Pirates this time, the massive attack putting them far ahead at the halfway mark. Sugar slipped at 301 for Web City this time, unable to cover the deficit now facing their team. Klaus didn't help Atlantic much with a paltry 64 this time, allowing the game to get close once again with a player each to go. Shiny couldn't force the hosts to respond with her poor 208, leaving the Spiders in a loss at 1052. Max looked good with 523 for the Pirates, securing their winning total of 1835. Atlantic bounces back to 18-15, while Web City drops to 15-18, still fighting to stay in the Elite division.

Starbucks Cup, Archtown: The Arrows get their only game this week against the Hummingbirds. Brownie will sit for the visitors, while the hosts give Ruby a game off. Princess had some early struggles with her pace for Tysini, but she recovered to score 319 at the end. Sally fumbled her way to 171 for Archtown in response, only cutting down the deficit slightly. Leandra angled her bat poorly early in her turn, falling at 187 as the Hummingbirds maintain a small lead. Sleepy B. put up 343 for the Arrows, making it an extremely close game at the halfway mark. Charli shoved 682 for Tysini to more than double their offense on a fantastic appearance. Dusky battled back with 600 for Archtown, keeping them within striking distance late in the game. Paps took 324 for the Hummingbirds, setting their final score at 1512. Wild Thing fell with only 135 for the Arrows, leaving them at a loss with 1249. Tysini is up to 18-15, holding a tie for third place, while Archtown sinks to 10-22.

Nissan Infinity Stadium, Infinity: The Torpedoes get a big chance to prove themselves against Southwestern rivals as the Hummingbirds come to town. Paps sits for the visitors, while Shelley is on the bench for the hosts. Princess got beat on a deflection at only 75 for Tysini, leaving them in an uncomfortable position. Smudge had a poor 185 for Infinity in response, but it will give them a small lead. Leandra went off with 1139 for the Hummingbirds, attacking with far more intent than her captain. Fluffina managed just 75 for the Torpedoes, likely making this deficit too steep to overcome. Charli had a solid 487 in support for Tysini, giving them an even stronger lead. Solaris took 314 for Infinity, trying to make their offense respectable in a hopeless game. Brownie strung another 652 for the Hummingbirds, capping their likely victorious total at 2353. Mr. Snowman scooped up 672 for the Torpedoes, but they still lost with 1246. Tysini jumps again to 19-15, pressuring the now 22-13 Infinity team.

McDonald's Pitch at Pirates Park, Atlantic: The Pirates again sit Klaus, hoping not to regret the decision when they host a Nighthawks team giving Gal a game off. Peach had a good pace going for North Modernistic, but she was forced out on a backhand attempt, dropping at 231. Delila couldn't clear a cluttered pitch for Atlantic, ending with 524 as the hosts take the initial lead. Cheddar countered with 461 for the Nighthawks, covering the deficit pretty well. Isabella fired back with 1177 for the Pirates, an epic performance to give them a much larger lead at the midway mark. B. Chapman couldn't cover the deficit with 363 for North Modernistic, putting them in a tough position. Steven fired back with a decent 311 for Atlantic, keeping them ahead with the effort. Luigi hauled in an impressive 620 for the Nighthawks at the end, but they still took the loss at 1675. Max tallied 591 in response, giving the Pirates a winning total of 2603. Atlantic surges to 19-15, while North Modernistic slips to 11-24.

AT&T Oceanside Stadium, Oceanside: The Waves close the week with the Nighthawks in town to close their doubleheader. Peach sits for the visitors, while the hosts bench Jason V. in this meeting. Cheddar hung the ball a bit too much for North Modernistic, falling with 48 very early in her turn. Snuggle made quick work of that with 886 for Oceanside putting them pretty well ahead after the first turn. Gal did alright with 298 for the Nighthawks, but they remain distinctly behind. Celestia just about matched that with 296 for the Waves, keeping their lead steady halfway through the game. B. Chapman fell with 260 for North Modernistic, unable to dent the deficit in a meaningful way. Josie shot back with a firm 650 for Oceanside, padding their lead pretty nicely. Luigi remained in form with 659 for the Nighthawks, but they again suffered a loss at 1265. Dewey went simple with 42 for the Waves, giving them 1874 in a decisive victory. Oceanside jumps to 20-16 with the win, while North Modernistic plummets to 11-25.

That's all for a condensed week of games. We'll get Premier done over the weekend when we can.

Select Cricket 2018 - Week 17

Select starts a day late this week, but gets going with...

The Intel Pitch, Diamond: The Yellow Derby is first on the schedule this week. Cassandra sits for the hosting Gems, while the visiting Spurs have Sage on the bench for this one. Spice had an unimpressive 234 for Victoria on the opening turn of the game. Rosalina answered with 288 for Diamond to give them a small lead at the start this time. Yekaterina was forced onto her backhand and failed to flick it to safety, ending with a meager 52 for the Spurs in a disappointing effort. Citrus had a couple of subtle touches on her backhand, but under pressure, she fell at 345 as the Gems only mildly extend their lead. Wario had only 69 for Victoria, failing to produce much on offense in a frustrating game. Pedey blundered to 691 for Diamond, lacking much control on his swings but still scoring well. Strawberry had a heavy back-swing that ended her turn at 311, leaving the Spurs at a loss with 666. Smokey went off with 833 for the Gems at the end, icing their win at 2157 to snap an eight-game home losing streak. Diamond is up to 10-26, while Victoria drops to 14-17 with the loss.

Kraft Crowns Park, Royal: The Crowns are back home in their first game this week, sitting Cassie, while the Gems complete their doubleheader on the road with Rosalina out of the lineup. Citrus had an awful 51 for Diamond, getting distracted early and predictably bowing out. Kayla pounded 566 for Royal in response, their first turn going much better as the hosts claim an early lead. Pedey pulled back with 380 for the Gems, but they'll remain behind despite an improved second attack. Jake accepted 929 after a technical error, doing well in extending the Crowns lead significantly. Smokey tried to help for Diamond, but he was a little low on pace and ended at 361. Jeremias shot back with 745 for Royal, boosting their lead once again with a great turn. Cassandra rallied with 690 for the Gems, but they still lost definitively at 1482. Nightfur capped the Crowns win with 488, giving them a total of 2728. Royal rises to 19-10, while Diamond falls back to 10-27.

Pepsi Prestige Park, Lighton: The Prestige finally give Spirit another game off, while the Meteors have Vincent on the bench in the road half of their doubleheader. Mams tried to get by with fancy bat work, but she dragged a ball into her wicket, ending at 117 for Viewpoint Sound in a poor start. Acorn doubled that with 233 for Lighton, a slow start for the hosts as well. Hoot shot back with 566 for the Meteors, putting them more confidently ahead on the second attack. Katelynn had only 257 for the Prestige, unable to cover the deficit at the halfway mark. Nibbles tried to extend the Viewpoint Sound lead, but a bad swing cut him down at a poor 242. Nicole made mild progress with 272 for Lighton, keeping things relatively close as the final players come to bat. Dani pushed 320 for the Meteors, some clever backhand work keeping her going as she brings their final score to 1245. Waluigi made up more ground with 353, but the Prestige took a surprising loss at 1115. Viewpoint Sound is up to 14-17, while Lighton drops to 15-12.

Volkswagen Stadium, Viewpoint Sound: The Meteors return home, hosting the last-place Gems. Citrus will take the bench for the visitors, while the hosts sit their captain Mams. Rosalina flopped on the first turn for Diamond, taking a meager 82 to leave them immediately vulnerable. Hoot didn't have the best pace, but his swings were consistent, and he tallied 575 for Viewpoint Sound to take the early lead. Pedey shot back with 456 for the Gems, doing well to pressure the hosts. Nibbles grabbed 340 for the Meteors, an unremarkable effort but enough to retain their lead. Smokey had a middling 238 for Diamond this time out, causing them to slip further behind. Vincent got tangled up between low-rollers and a backhand settle that never flicked forward, ending at a paltry 63 for Viewpoint Sound. Cassandra rallied with 591 for the Gems, covering the deficit with their final score of 1367. Dani failed to reply, ending at 97 as the Meteors lost with 1075. Diamond bounces up again to 11-27, while Viewpoint Sound drops to 14-18.

Subway Field, Stonebridge: The Prestige are back at it in this road game, sitting Katelynn, while the Wolves rest Frosty in this meeting. Acorn went off with 719 for Lighton right at the start of the game, a strong opening turn for the visitors. Juno had only 382 for Stonebridge in response, halving the deficit. The Prestige's Spirit countered with 573 on the second attack, extending their lead quite nicely. Hershey likely just won the game for the Wolves, rallying with an epic and massive 2531 to produce a gigantic lead. Nicole faltered with 192 for Lighton, too stunned to make much of a counterattack as her side falls into an abyss for scoring. Vladimir didn't ease up at all for Stonebridge, tacking on an even 1000 to their offense. Waluigi attacked with pace but ended at 407 for the Prestige, who lost with a total of 1891. Cobalt was a bit light on offense at 249, but the Wolves secured the 18th 4k performance in league history in their win at 4162, a highlight in a lost season. Stonebridge is up to 13-24, while Lighton is sliding under a heavier schedule, down to 15-13.

Volkswagen Stadium, Viewpoint Sound: The Meteors go without Vincent in this meeting, while another rookie, Cassie, sits for the Crowns in the first game of their doubleheader. Kayla had a poor 188 for Royal on the opening turn, leaving the visitors a tad vulnerable. Mams answered with 615 for Viewpoint Sound, putting them ahead initially with a productive outing. Jake dealt with mild clutter well, but his late rhythm was lacking when he fell with 330 for the Crowns, unable to cover the deficit. Hoot shot back with 481 for the Meteors, keeping them firmly ahead at the midway mark. Jeremias buckled at 147 for Royal this time, causing the deficit to grow again. Nibbles collapsed with 60 for Viewpoint Sound, potentially leaving them a little vulnerable late in the game. Nightfur responded with 481 for the Crowns, giving them a total of 1146, falling short of forcing a response. Dani double-tapped the third offering, ending with a pitiful 25 but securing the Meteors win at 1181. Viewpoint Sound is up to 15-18, while Royal slips to 19-11 as top teams are slipping this week.

Kraft Crowns Park, Royal: The Castle Derby has higher stakes here, as the Crowns sit Kayla in hopes of rebounding after a loss, while Stephanie sits for the visiting Defenders as they start a five-game road trip. Bianca picked up 407 for Southridge in this game, a solid start from the sophomore. Jake countered with 558 for Royal, giving them the lead in a bitter rivalry match. Debby had only 99 for the Defenders, getting distracted and also not quite having the swings she wanted. Jeremias shot back with 384 for the Crowns, extending their lead nicely at the halfway mark. Caitlin helped Southridge cover the deficit with 497 on this turn, but the lead is not large. Nightfur stayed consistent with 455 for Royal, keeping them ahead with the good turn. Hughbert got overwhelmed fairly early, ending with 136 as the Defenders lose with 1139. Cassie contributed 459 for the Crowns at the end, lifting them to the win with 1856. Royal is back to 20-11, while Southridge dips to 24-9, their iron grip on the league lead beginning to weaken.

Microsoft Pitch, Del Sur: The Monarchs take on S-Line Derby rivals in the Wolves, with the hosts sitting Avril ahead of a long road trip, while the Wolves bench Cobalt in a one-off road game. Juno immediately pressured the hosts, slashing 814 for Stonebridge on a great first turn. Hoppy answered with 178 for Southern this time, a poor start putting them far behind. Frosty slipped at 112 for the Wolves, potentially letting their opponents regain their footing. Panda made a large dent with 681 for the Monarchs, making it a much closer game at the halfway point. Hershey went smaller this time, but his 394 is a respectable addition to the Stonebridge offense. Pounce countered that much more strongly with 688 for Southern, putting them ahead with a player each to go. Vladimir picked up 135 for the Wolves, unable to cover the deficit as they lost with 1455. Dominic tacked on another 705 for the Monarchs to put them at a total of 2252 in this win. Southern gets an important win to rise to 20-15, while Stonebridge is officially out of contention for a Hutton Cup spot at 13-25.

Pepsi Prestige Park, Lighton: The Prestige continue a busy week as they begin a four-game home stand. Nicole sits for the hosts this time, while the Specters bench Mitchell for this game. Harrison got off to a great start with 661 for Harrison, giving them a stable foundation. Acorn shot back with 552 for Lighton on their opening turn, keeping them within striking distance initially. Twinkie II pounded 965 back for the Specters in a difficult turn at times, but ultimately a productive one. Spirit lost ground with 721 for the Prestige, but they still have a chance despite the deficit. Lexi countered with a strong 535 for Harrison, keeping them in charge. Katelynn made minor progress with 631 for Lighton, but they'll need more on the next turn. Rudolph hit only 280 for the Specters, potentially leaving them exposed at a total of 2441. Waluigi made quite the push with 433 for the Prestige, but they still fell with a total of 2337. Harrison pulls off the upset this time, going to 14-19, while Lighton plummets to 15-14.

Pepsi Prestige Park, Lighton: The Prestige sit their captain Acorn in a critical game for their season, while the visiting Lumberjacks bench Bryant after a bad previous outing last week. Whiskers had no troubles with pace for Maplewood, but her last swing went high, cutting her off at 388. Spirit did a similar thing, but far earlier in her turn, ending with a meager 80 for a fatigued Lighton side. Diddley scraped 640 for the Lumberjacks on the second attack, giving them a much more convincing lead. Katelynn couldn't do anything with 96 for the Prestige, their season falling apart all at once. Gabe tapped only 131 for Maplewood as the scoring begins to get a bit sloppy all around. Nicole cut into the deficit with 608 for Lighton, but they've got another noticeable hill to climb with a player each to go. Summer shot back with 742 for the Lumberjacks, padding their offense to a final score of 1901. Waluigi failed to catch up with 360 for the Prestige, this loss totaling 1144. Maplewood gets to fifth place at 19-18, while Lighton sinks to 15-15.

The Intel Pitch, Diamond: The Gems face a tough task when they host a Defenders team ready to prove they haven't peaked. Both captains, Smokey and Debby, sit this one out. Bianca shelved 760 for Southridge in a potent and pacey opening turn for the visitors. Rosalina forced herself into a technical error replay, and then had a pitiful 49 on the second try as Diamond falls behind early. Stephanie tallied 643 on the second attack to pad the Defenders lead quite nicely. Citrus fell at a measly 16 for the Gems after an errant swing on the third offering. Caitlin tacked on 291 for Southridge this time, keeping their lead strong and stable. Pedey took only 197 for Diamond, their offense falling very flat in this lopsided meeting. Hughbert had a poor 135 for the Defenders at the end, but this gave them a final score of 1829 in what should be a win. Cassandra made a push with 519 for the Gems, but they lost with 781 in total. Southridge is up to 25-9, while Diamond sinks to 11-28.

Pepsi Prestige Park, Lighton: The Prestige and Defenders meet in the week's finale, with Waluigi resting for the hosts while Hughbert sits for performance for the visitors. Bianca poked 471 for Southridge this time, tired and lacking pace from the long travel in the doubleheader. Acorn got 320 back for Lighton, keeping them close again despite such strategies failing earlier. Debby lost control rather early for the Defenders, her 113 causing their lead to weaken. Spirit chopped 703, giving the Prestige a clear lead halfway through the game. Stephanie didn't even bring Southridge close with 135, causing them to panic a bit as the game slips away from them. Katelynn had a weak 83 for Lighton, unable to secure the game as the final players come to bat. Caitlin went off with 1218 for the Defenders, putting their final score at 1937 in a stunning turn of events. Nicole tried to pull back, but her 608 left the Prestige in a loss at 1714. Southridge stuns everyone in rising to 26-9, while Lighton's collapse sees them fall to 15-16.

That's all for Week 17 in Select. Elite will get their Week 17 start tomorrow at a minimum.

Premier Cricket 2018 - Week 16

We're ready for an all-Sunday Week 16 in Premier action. We'll play the games where they fit and see what happens. First up...

Henry Ford Memorial Stadium, Pronger: The Tridents will have Lize back later in the week, but she'll sit this game out, while the Eagles bench their captain Goldy for a spot of rest. Puff III laced 624 for Everton to open the scoring in full force for the visitors. Precious elected for a technical error replay, but quickly exited with only 33 for Pronger. Cleo popped a modest 256 for the Eagles this time, maintaining their lead effectively. Zach pulled back with 519 for the Tridents, shrinking the deficit at the halfway mark with his productive outing. Kirstin had a decent turn going, but a deflection stalled her at 354 for Everton, keeping them in a shakier lead. Spot closed in even more with 528 for Pronger, using two nifty backhands before a third ball got behind his bat and finally took the elusive wicket. Blizzard didn't have the most pace for the Eagles, but her 377 gave them a total of 1611 in hopes of holding off the hosts. Potter made a push back with 382 for the Tridents, but they narrowly lost at 1462 overall. Everton survives a surprisingly tough game, rising to 15-14, while Pronger is 7-17 on the year, just beginning a busy week.

Verizon Field, Pacific: The Volcanoes try to right their ship against the inconsistent Predators. The visitors sit their captain Shawn for a second straight game, while Ms. Kitty sits for the hosts. Rainmane got off to a nice start with 575 for Midland in this one, pacing their early attack well. Starlight countered with 630 for Pacific to put them ahead by a thin margin on the first turn. Leonardo stumbled with 115 for the Predators this time, leaving them very vulnerable. Twinkie I had only 204 for the Volcanoes, unable to capitalize on the opportunity to extend the lead. Americus took big swings for Midland, but the strategy worked to add 560 to their offense. Leonette countered that effectively with 586 for Pacific, maintaining a reasonable lead heading into the final players' turns. Fuchsia picked up 281 for the Predators at the end, forcing a response from the hosts to their final score of 1531. Chicky Phil chopped 466 at the end to give the Volcanoes a long-awaited win at 1886. Pacific's eleven-game losing streak ends as they move to 11-21, while Midland drops to 14-16.

Blades Fusion ProGlide Park, Swordpoint: Both captains will take the bench in this meeting between the Blades and the Shores, as Snowball and Bear have under-performed recently. Twinkie III had a decent effort going before turning her bat and sending a ball high out of play to end at a paltry 66 for Whitewater. Dreamy answered with a middling 256 for Swordpoint, unable to produce a more intimidating attack. Marsell answered with 192 for the Shores, their offense remaining weak at this stage. Bandit shot back with 377 for the Blades on the second attack, adding decently to the lead. Katharine fired back with 400 for Whitewater, making an impression on the deficit. Stealth had no patience for that, smacking 703 for Swordpoint to restore a healthy lead in the hosts' favor. Shaggy had a decent 416 for the Shores, but they took a hard loss at 1074 to stretch their losing streak to five games. Jason N. tallied an additional 464 for the Blades, securing their win at 1800 even, their fifth straight victory. Swordpoint is up to 19-15, while Whitewater drops to 14-19 with the loss.

Audi Knights Pitch, Terrace City: The Tridents are still without Lize, while the Knights sit their captain Kiwi as a strategic resting choice. Precious again had good pace, but a delayed offering ruined her rhythm and sank her at 148 for Pronger on the opening turn. Jennifer replied with 392 for Terrace City, going at a slower pace but lasting much longer than her opponent. Zach picked up 327 for the Tridents in response this time, covering the deficit lightly. Oreo fell with a pathetic 9 for the Knights, giving away the lead after a series of deflections downed her. Spot didn't take advantage of the situation, managing a poor 110 for Pronger as their lead remains small. Melissa knocked 507 for Terrace City in response, pulling them ahead again with a player each to go. Potter poured on pressure with 640 for the Tridents, capping their offense at 1225 to force the hosts to respond. Quincy had 279 for the Knights, leaving them short with 1187. Pronger bounces back to 8-17, while Terrace City dips to 12-17 on the year.
