Nicole posted 272, carrying the Monarchs to the win with 1011 as they capitalized on mistakes. The season series goes split, with Southern on a record of 14-40, while Capital City's six-game losing streak has them at 25-31, likely killing their playoff hopes.
GE Stadium, Southridge: These Southeastern rivals have little to play for in their first meeting of the season. Frosty opened with a nice 439 for Royal, giving them a solid start. Nightfur could have done better with only 194 for the Crowns, putting them at a loss with 1224, their fifth straight loss on the road. Shaggy's 160 iced the Defenders win at 2051 overall. Southridge moves up to 22-29 as winners of four straight, while Royal is 16-34 on four straight losses.
Blades Fusion ProGlide Park, Swordpoint: The Blades need to deploy their parachutes, and facing a lowly Flames team may help that as they seek the sweep. Apple Park, Todavía: The busiest team hosts the least busy team, with the Lumberjacks wanting a sweep over the Stills in a Bubble Battle game. Fluffina belted 883 for Maplewood right from the start to set the tone in a high-pressure game. Easter had a bad angle to end her turn at 290 for Todavía, who will play from far behind here. Bryant hauled in another 750 for the Lumberjacks to boost their lead significantly. Sierra struggled against staunch defense, and then faltered to end at 196 for the Stills. Leonardo did well individually with 494 for Todavía, but the game as a whole is well out of reach. Cubby iced the big outburst from the Lumberjacks with his 745 to give them a grand total of 3025 in an easy win. Sparkles managed 248 for the Stills, but they had a loss with 1228 overall. Kayla cancelled it out with 240 for the Flames, but she probably should have done more. Leandra didn't advance any challenge, taking a pathetic 54 for the Hummingbirds. Max didn't do any better with just 98 for Queens, leaving them vulnerable still. Charli clobbered 879 for Tysini to rescue the game, giving them a lead with a player each to go. Paige again came up just short for the Flames, with her 449 leaving them at 1148 overall in a loss. Bright iced the stunning Hummingbirds comeback with 287 from himself for a final of 1451. Whiskers went big in the finale, pummeling 1025 to put the Torpedoes at 3627. Shiny produced 256 to give the Spiders 1340 in a brutal loss. BMW RockDome, Westside: The Specters have a chance for a sweep here, but both teams have played better of late, even if it's too late to help. Slinks began with a mediocre 248 for Harrison. Misty went suddenly cold for Westside, taking only 93 on her weak turn. Twinkie II didn't help the Specters much with only 138, failing to gain any significant separation.
