Nike Field, Commerce: The Tradewinds return home and sit Taylor for performance, while the Surfers bench Beth for this meeting. Boots fell with 164 this time for Pearl, not a great outing from the lead-off role. Tigerette answered with a firm 496 for Commerce, pulling the hosts ahead as they try to sweep this two-game set. Watermelon saw a deflection end her performance at 111 for the Surfers, far from covering the deficit. Neopolitan hammered a massive 893 for Pearl this time, pulling the visitors ahead with the effort. Rosemary kept things close with a good 447 for Commerce, leading to another close finish between the teams. Bright poked a big 610 for the Surfers at the end, setting their final score at 1778. Niki couldn't make a response, ending at 290 as the Tradewinds take the loss on a total of 1386. The road team takes each game, with Pearl up to 13-15 while Commerce drops back to 11-14.
Cisco Tysini Field, Tysini: The Surfers will sit Boots in the third of four straight games, while the Hummingbirds are set to put their usual lead-off hitter Princess on the bench. Home Depot Forum, Web City: The Surfers complete their busy four-game stretch with this road game, sitting Neopolitan, while the Spiders put Shiny on the bench in this game. Jack met the challenge with 970 for the Spiders, making a huge impact for the win at 2145. Web City gets a much-needed win to rise to 13-15, narrowly behind the 14-16 Pearl team that split their quadrupleheader.
