Louvel Lefevre poked 289 for the Rebels. A series of bounces led to Aleix Nieto scoring only 40 for Bangkok. Sander Lambert answered with 294 for American, keeping a consistent performance. Zuri Okafor supplied the Sixes with 225. Irsyad Sudjana stumbled with 25 for the Rebels, costing them a chance to keep the game close. Rodas Nunez hit 138 for Bangkok, failing to secure the lead more. Sabino Chacon ripped 375 to give American the lead. Luis Godinez grabbed 289 for the Sixes, forcing a response as they finish with 1489. Cisco Solorio muscled up for 322, giving the Rebels a winning final of 1595. American is now 12-10 while Bangkok drops to 12-9.
Next up, the Amsterdam Hotstove also welcome the Bangkok Sixes, who play the second of three games in a row. Firdoze Uns had 439 in this game against much weaker bowling. Jerry Burke produced only 130 for Amsterdam. Gilbert Berry chipped 218 for the Sixes. Yaozu Miao swatted 455 for the Hotstove. Aleix Nieto faltered with 141 for Bangkok in a weak turn. Carlos Barajas answered with 168 in an effective wipe-out move for Amsterdam. Zuri Okafor batted 349 for the Sixes to solidify their lead a little better. Veto Casas couldn't keep up with only 54 for the Hotstove. Rodas Nunez failed to capitalize, shooting only 92 for Bangkok. Andrew Reynolds replied with 328 for Amsterdam, making the game a little tighter. Luis Godinez had only 96 for the Sixes, leaving them vulnerable at 1335. Manolito Avalos stepped up with 266 for the Hotstove, giving them a winning final of 1401. Amsterdam moves to 5-17 while Bangkok slides again to 12-10.
Now at home, the Bangkok Sixes bring in the Caracas Hitmen. Vitaya Grichson stumbled to 30 points for Caracas to begin. Firdoze Uns crushed 1048 for Bangkok to build a huge lead. Barasa Contee hit 152 for the Hitmen. Gilbert Berry tacked on another 399 for the Sixes. Noppadon Gruemor managed a meager 51 points for Caracas. Aleix Nieto chipped 218 for Bangkok, keeping them in control. Trevor Watson posted 439 for the Hitmen, making it interesting at this point. Zuri Okafor hit 283 for the Sixes. Maynard Cabagnot roared back for Caracas with 312. Rodas Nunez fell face first with 25 for Bangkok. Bojing Luo knocked 414 for the Hitmen, but they still lost with 1398. Luis Godinez iced it with 113 for a total of 2086 for the Sixes. Bangkok jumps to 13-10 now, while Caracas falls to 4-16.
Back to Europe, as the Brussels Chocolatiers host the Caracas Hitmen for the second of their three in a row. Vitaya Grichson opened with 407 for Caracas this time. Patrido Salazar managed just 80 for Brussels. Barasa Contee supplied 208 for the Hitmen. Florent Claes collected just 98 points for the struggling Chocolatiers. Noppadon Gruemor slapped 352 for Caracas, adding onto the lead nicely. Dobromil Zeman got stuck at 98 for Brussels as the game gets farther out of reach of the hosts. Trevor Watson added 231 for the Hitmen in a game they currently possess a comfortable lead in. Rodas Cazares continued the sub-100 trend for the Chocolatiers, hitting just 96. Maynard Cabagnot had only 148 for Caracas. Eric Zaragoza had a respectable 304 for Brussels, attempting to make the improbable comeback. Bojing Luo left the Hitmen at 1396 total after hitting 50 for himself. Jaturun Choen hit only 89 for the Chocolatiers, giving them a loss with 765. Caracas jumps to 5-16 while Brussels falls to 8-14.
Across the Atlantic, the Caracas Hitmen bring in the Madrid Toros. Spencer Howard lined 575 for Madrid to start. Vitaya Grichson took 200 for Caracas. Pepillo Gamboa scored 304 for the Toros, adding onto the lead. Barasa Contee scored 256 for the Hitmen, keeping things relatively close. Lennert Verheyen grabbed 319 for Madrid, extending the lead. Noppadon Gruemor scooped 336 for Caracas, tightening the game up some more. Thabo Chahine chipped 192 for the Toros, leaving them a bit vulnerable. Trevor Watson had 283 for the Hitmen, pulling them closer in the game. Guillem Gamboa secured the lead by smacking 624 for Madrid. Maynard Cabagnot couldn't keep pace for Caracas, hitting only 88. Martin Badillo capped the Toros score at 2415 with 401 himself, a likely win. Bojing Luo had 204 for the Hitmen, giving them 1367 in the loss. Madrid advances to 11-10 while Caracas falls to 5-17.
Into Central America, as the Guatemala Conquistadors welcome Amsterdam Hotstove (who will also host them in the final league week). Jerry Burke put up 160 for Amsterdam. Frisco Romero answered with 250 for Guatemala. Yaozu Miao had just 128 for the Hotstove. Eustacio Zarraga took 248 for the Conquistadors, growing the lead slightly. Carlos Barajas struck back with 249 for Amsterdam. Kenzo Hashimoto surrendered a bit of ground for Guatemala, scoring just 193. Veto Casas mistimed a swing for the Hotstove, producing a meager 99 points in his turn. Curtis Caldwell slapped 287 for the Conquistadors, keeping them in the lead. Andrew Reynolds made a huge misplay, ending up with 1 point for Amsterdam as the game falls out of their reach. Azul Mora lined 407 for Guatemala, securing the lead even more. Manolito Avalos had a measly 30 points for the Hotstove, giving them a new low final of 667 in a brutal loss. Adrien Laurent struggled in hitting 104 to ice the Conquistadors win at 1489. Guatemala is now 11-9 while Amsterdam is 5-18, and in the chaos, the Brussels Chocolatiers are the third team eliminated from contention for a playoff spot. There are now nine teams battling for seven spots.
Finally, the Johannesburg Lions host the Seoul Crushers. Natal Badillo began with 167 for Seoul. Wiebe Becker kept it close for Johannesburg with 160 points. Gwandoya Makeba faltered with just 64 points for the Crushers. The Lions got the lead as Normando Alonso hit 235, but it's not a stable lead by any means. Leandro Gamboa took just 48 for Seoul, as the game remains low scoring. Ken Howard chipped 224 for Johannesburg, keeping them in charge. Max Jennings couldn't wrangle more than 113 for the Crushers as the game starts to get out of hand for them. Lucio Adame belted 864 for the Lions, likely securing the game with another big showing. Frank Schmidt tapped 195 for Seoul. Oshri Aharonov tacked on 310 for Johannesburg. Zdenko Jansky had just 136 for the Crushers, as they lost with 723. Pieter Hendrickx iced the game with 187 to bring the Lions to 1980 total. Johannesburg moves up to 13-9, while bumping Seoul to 9-11. The Melbourne Renegades are guaranteed a playoff spot now.
